This 21 Day Challenge will include exercise videos that are FUN, can be adjusted to your fitness level and can be done at home with little or no equipment!
Meal plans are boring and usually don't work so, instead, I will be showing you healthy food swaps that are easy and affordable and sharing some of my favorite go-to recipes, along with ways to make meal prep easier!
As you go through this challenge, you also get access to ME! Ask me any questions you may have about the workouts, nutrition, meal prep, whatever!
The best part? All of this will only take 15-20 minutes per day and only costs $21!
And, if you can't start on time or get behind because, let's face it, life gets in the way, don't fret because you will have 28 Days to complete the Challenge!
