MEET YOUR COACH
Regina has been teaching Fitness and Nutrition Coaching for over 28 years and has been a GRANDMA for 11 years! She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Her past Certifications from ACE, AFFA and IDEA also include Pilates, Group Exercise and Kickboxing.

The workouts are broken into 3 categories of difficulty and are designed to meet you where you are now in your fitness level. You choose which days to workout, the style of workout and the difficulty!
Content is updated often to keep you from getting bored doing the same old thing! The main goal is to keep you interested so that you keep MOVING! So, choose the workouts that make you happy! Ask a friend to join you!
