Are you ready to relax, reconnect, and nourish your body and soul?
Join us for an unforgettable and transformative experience in the rolling hills of Southwest Missouri, just North of Bella Vista. Unplug from the world and enjoy 2 days and nights of glamping, delicious and nutritious meals, guided yoga and meditation sessions, quiet time for journaling and self-reflection, connecting with nature through hikes, stargazing, optional massages, and more.
We will start and end each day with intention, meditation, and yoga, designed to energize your body, calm your mind, and restore your natural balance. We will use movement and breathwork to help you fully reconnect with yourself while surrounded by natural beauty. All levels of yoga experience are welcome!
Enjoy connection and community with like-minded women, forming new friendships that will last long after the retreat ends.
All delicious and nutritious meals, special activities and sleeping accommodations are included.

What is Included?
- Two nights of Glamping at Little Sugar Farm with Miss Jana near Jane, Missouri, which is just a few miles North of Bella Vista, AR. She has 7 beautiful and comfortable Glamping Tents (each can accommodate up to 3 people)
- Happy Hour Meet & Greet on Friday
- Group Yoga Saturday & Sunday mornings on the Sundeck (or in the Barn, if it rains) - ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
- Friday evening Meditation and Intention Setting around the Fire Pit
- Reflection, Journaling, and Down Time as needed
- Sound Bath and Breathwork
- Campfires and Stargazing
- Saturday Hike, followed by a Cold Plunge (optional, but you know you want to do it!)

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is this retreat only for young, fit, advanced "yogis"?
A: Not at all! It is for any woman who is mobile and wants to take a break from the "daily grind" to reconnect with themselves and with nature. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Our current sign-ups range from age 23 to 75! No children or pets, please.
Q: Can I sign up as an individual?
A: Absolutely! If you sign up as an individual, we will choose your tent-mates. Each tent supports up to three people. If you sign up with a friend, you might have a third person join you in your tent, depending on total sign-ups. If you sign up with two friends, you can have a tent to yourselves! Each tent accommodates a queen bed plus a twin bed, or up to three twin beds.
Q: What times does this retreat start and end?
A: Start Time on Friday will be 4:00pm to 6:00pm, but you can show up as early as 2:00pm! End Time on Sunday will be around 11:00am, although you may choose to stick around for an optional massage! We will also offer another hike after we depart the farm for those who wish to participate!
Q: Are there private bathrooms and showers?
A: YES! There are four private bathrooms with showers and plenty of hot water!
Q: What if I have special dietary restrictions?
A: You will be asked about any dietary restrictions before the retreat, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs!
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: This is glamping, so packing will be easy! We will email out a list of suggested items to bring a week or so before the retreat.
Q: What if I want to skip the hiking and/or cold plunge and just relax?
A: It is your decision to skip whatever activities you like. If you would rather get a massage or take a nap instead of hiking, go for it!
